Beef Bone Broth

Ingredients
5 lbs beef bones
1 red onion, thickly sliced
2 carrots, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Cold filtered water
Instructions
Prep
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spread out the bones on the baking sheet.
Cook for 30 minutes, flip, and cook for another 30 minutes.
Cook
Add all ingredients to the crockpot.
Top with water.
Set on low for 24 hrs.
Strain and remove all ingredients.
Skim off any fat.
Store in jars for one week in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.
