Rice Pudding
Full of cinnamon flavor, this is almost a true dessert form of a bowl of cinnamon cereal with milk. 🥛

Ingredients
3 cups milk
1 can evaporated milk - 12 oz
1 can condensed milk - 12 oz
3 cups of water
⅛ tsp kosher salt
1 lime peeled
2 cinnamon sticks
1 cup long-grain white rice rinsed well
½ cup of raisins
Instructions
Cook
Pour the three milks into a medium saucepan and heat on low, uncovered.
Boil water, cinnamon sticks, and lime peel for 3 minutes.
Add rice and cook on medium-low, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Add the milk to the rice and simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
Remove the cinnamon sticks and lime peel, add the raisins and let cool for 30 minutes.
Serve warm, room temp, or cold.
