Walnut Fudge

Dangerously good. Perfect for practicing generosity 😉 (give away at parties or as holiday gifts)

Recipe

Time: ~ 1 hr

Servings: 40

Equipment

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups of sugar

  • 12 oz can evaporated milk

  • 16 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 3/4 cup of butter

  • 1 jar marshmallow creme

  • 1 cup walnuts, hand crushed

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions 

Prep

  • Line the baking pan with foil for easy removal

Cook

  • On medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and milk

  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

  • Once boiling, continue for ~ 4 minutes

  • Remove from the heat and add chocolate chips and marshmallow creme

  • Stir to combine

  • Add nuts and vanilla; stir to combine

  • Pour into the baking pan and let sit at least 30 minutes to cool

  • Cut into small squares, if desired
