Prenatal Nachos

Who knew nachos could be healthy? 🧀 No one will discover the secret ingredient to these not-your-average nachos.

Time: ~ 1 hr

Servings: 4-6

Equipment

  • Baking sheet

  • Pan

Ingredients 

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips

  • 1 lb of ground beef

  • 2-3 ice cube servings of liver pate

  • 1 bag of shredded Mexican cheese

Choice of desired toppings

  • 1 medium white onion, diced

  • 1 large avocado, diced

  • 1 lime, quartered

  • Sour cream

  • Hot sauce

Instructions 

Cook

  • In the pan, cook the beef and liver on medium heat until cooked.

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

  • On the baking sheet, lay out the chips.

  • Layer with meat and cheese.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.

  • Top with onion, avocado, lime juice, sour cream, hot sauce, etc.
