Healthy Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 bananas, blended into a puree
2 eggs
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup blanched almond flour
½ cup oat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup chocolate chips

Bake
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a muffin tin with liners andspray the liners with oil.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together bananas, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
Whisk in the dry ingredients, except the chocolate chips.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop into the prepared tray, filling each liner about 3/4 of the way up.
Bake for 18-24 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
